1 General Provisions

75bg is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are drawn up under the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The management of 75bg reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the 75bg platform, a user must be 21 years of age or older. No one below this age limit is permitted to use the platform. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and if it is found that a user is under the required age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or closed and the associated funds may be frozen.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each individual or household may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account may result in all associated accounts being suspended and bonuses being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. 3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately. 75bg will never ask for your password by phone, email, or message.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• Do not close the browser without logging out.
• Account ownership cannot be transferred.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 75bg: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Methods outside this list are not accepted.

4.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same account used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, 75bg may request identity verification (KYC). Failure to submit the required documents on time may delay the withdrawal process. Deposited funds remain safe in the account until the verification process is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 adds the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must complete betting worth 25x the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — not until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus validity is stated in the offer description; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 75bg reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Activity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Verify all details carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is disrupted due to a technical error or network disconnection, 75bg will investigate and make a decision.

6.2 Fair Play

75bg follows a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game manipulation, use of bots, scripting, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Abusing bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unfair profit through risk-free betting strategies ("arbitrage").
• Collusion or group strategies against other users.
• Use of automated software or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial flows.

7 VIP Program & Benefits

75bg's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on a user's regular activity and participation. 75bg reserves the right to change VIP benefits. Cashback is provided as a bonus and the relevant wagering requirements apply.

8 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Closure by the User

11 Limitation of Liability
